• When you call: your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, and details about your electrical job; plus call information such as your number, the time and length of the call, and call recordings where we tell you the call may be recorded.
• When you visit the website: technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) and by any analytics we use.

How we use it

• To connect you with independent electrical contractors who may be able to help.
• To follow up with you about the request you called about.
• To run, secure and improve the website and our phone service.

Who we share it with

When you call for a referral, we share your contact details and job information with one or more independent electrical contractors so they can contact you and quote. Those contractors are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We're paid by the contractors in our network for referrals. We also share information with service providers that help us operate (for example call routing and hosting), and when required by law. We do not sell your information for money.

Calls and texts after your call

By calling us and asking to be connected, you agree that we and the contractor(s) we connect you with may call or text you about that request. You can ask us or the contractor to stop contacting you at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention

We keep request information for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
